Chief Dwight Henninger announced to the membership at last fall’s retrainer in Vail that he is running for vice president in the International Association of Chiefs of Police. At our February luncheon the membership voted to endorse Dwight’s run. He has been active in Colorado policing since coming to the Vail Valley in 2001, having served all that time as Vail’s chief of police.
Dwight is a graduate of the 196th Session and a member in good standing of the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He has established a website to showcase his campaign and inform voters about him: dwight4iacp.com.
We wish him well in his bid to become the 4th vice president in the IACP!
