The Rocky Mountain FBI National Academy Associates is pleased to announce that Hayden Stephens is the winner of the 2023 Bill Stanford Scholarship Award. Hayden is the son of Doug and Susie Stephens. Doug is the Chief of Police for Littleton, Colorado, a graduate of session 231, and a chapter past president. Hayden is a 2023 graduate of D’Evelyn High School and is now attending the University of Colorado Boulder, studying Integrative Physiology.
