Cpt. James Wilbourn (Ret.)
The chapter was saddened to learn of James Wilbourn’s death on January 18, 2017. Known as Jim to his friends and family, he was remembered as a calm and consistent member of the Adams County Sheriff’s Office–and an equally committed family man. He was a graduate of the 139th Session. Jim was 71.
