Our guest speaker will be Ms. Tuesday Black of MADD Colorado. Ms. Black is Colorado’s Court Monitoring Project Specialist. She will educate the chapter about MADD’s court monitoring program and help us to understand the program and how it is impacting drunk driving prosecutions in Colorado.
